The Poison Mushroom.

The Poison Mushroom is one of the power-ups in the Mario Universe. It first apperaed in Super Mario Bros 2: The Lost Levels (1986).

Affects

If you eat it or you are touched by it, It is surrounded by a dangerous poison, hence the name, and you die.
