As a child, he was friends with Waluigi and Wario and bullied and harrassed many kids and teens including Mario and Luigi.
Adult Life[]
Tortolino is Waluigi`s evil henchmen who pilots Waluigi`s helicopter. He carries two weapons, a Pistol and a pocket knife. On many occasions he almost shot Mario and Luigi remarking that he would get a lot of Coins. He usually does the dirty work for Waluigi.
